In 2001, Gary Schneider founded Jonah Development with one mission in mind. To provide clients a contractor focused on completing projects in a timely manner, significantly under the estimated budget, without compromising the high-quality finished product.





The Jonah Development team has grown in both numbers and space, and collectively continues their commitment to fulfilling this primary desire that Gary began two+ decades ago.

With 45+ years experience in the construction field, our founder, Gary Schneider, has completed more than $200 million in buildings across 9 states.

FOUNDER & managing partner

Gary brings senior leadership, trust, and a strong desire and ability to problem solve for our clients. He enjoys flying, reading, taking walks with his dog, Oscar, and spending time with family and friends.

dennis coleman

PRESIDENT & partner

Dennis serves our clients with a diverse construction background, detail-orientation, and a collaborative mindset. Beyond his role directing our projects he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

terry fisher

VICE PRESIDENT & PARTNER

Our clients know Terry for his honesty, optimism, and creativity. Outside of the office he enjoys time with his wife, children, grandkids and an occasional golf game.

Our Office Support Team

Donna offers 25+ years experience directly within the commercial construction & flooring industries. She elevates each of our project outcomes tremendously through her accounting and office function support. She loves spending time with her three grandchildren,  traveling, and antiquing.

jessica dargo

projects support manager

Jessica brings 24+ years of projects support management experience in the commercial construction industry to our team.  Her skills at project coordination on executive and management levels is impeccable. Jessica enjoys boating with her family and vacations at the beach.
